New Dayton Company to include "Charitable Foundation" as part of original business plan. AbsoluteAUTO Solutions LLC. creates "Seniors and families with Disabilities Foundation"

DAYTON, OH, November 2009 - William Brough, Founder and President of newly created AbsoluteAUTO Solutions LLC., sat down at the drawing board to create what he calls a "New Age" company. One of the primary concepts of the business model was charity. The new company facilitates vehicle loan and lease programs throughout the US and Canada. "Supporting the community, and the industries that you work with is an important part of any small business, especially in times like these", remarks Brough. A recent article published in the Harvard Business Journal stated that the "Giving USA Foundation" reported the largest national decline on record for charitable giving at 5.7% between 2007 and 2008. The umbrella organization, www.aascharities.org, will add new and different foundations as the company grows, and prospers. AAS markets vehicle products from automobiles, boats, motor homes, horse trailers, and motorcycles, to taxi cabs, commercial work trucks, ambulances, green vehicles, Mobile medical and office units, to include mobile homes and mobility vans for the handicapped. Mobility products, being one the companies "Premier" products, we felt a disabilities foundation seemed appropriate, "The Seniors and Families with Disabilities Foundation" AAS will donate a percentage of the proceeds from every mobility transaction to the foundation, while also providing a special web page for mobility dealers to showcase and promote their used vehicles for a very minimal cost, all of which will be donated.

The foundation will disperse the donations in their entirety at year end to select disability organizations. AAS will absorb all overhead costs to insure every penny donated goes directly to charity.
