You may limit AbsoluteAUTO Solutions, LLC from marketing their products and services to you, based on information that we collected from you. The information includes your income, social security number marital status, credit score, credit history, and account balances Please be aware, however that this right is limited. It does not cover situations where the law permits AAS to use your personal information from other transactions to market products and services to you. Also, if you ask us to limit the marketing described, our ability to offer you beneficial products and services may be hampered.

Correcting Errors in Information Shared With Credit Reporting Agencies
If you believe any information we share with a credit reporting agency is in correct, please contact us. When writing or calling please provide us with your account number, address, phone number, social security number, and the type of account. You also must tell us what information was reported in error.

Identity Theft
The law provides certain rights for victims of identity theft. If you believe you are a victim of identity theft with respect to any account(s) , please notify us immediately. Also provide us as much information as possible, such as account numbers, transaction numbers, and any dates that you might have to assist us in resolving your theft issue.

AAS has every modern technique in place to protect your private information. Credit applications and credit reports, are not printed to paper, our computer system backs up the information numerous times per day, the information is encrypted and stored off site in a internet security data base. All computers are pass word protected, and all file are securely locked away. Our premises have two double locked doors leading to our second floor offices, two alarm systems, and computer software that protects our documents from hackers, spy ware and the like. Discarded paper of any kind is shredded .By law we must retain records for a seven year period, at that time a professional records disposal company will destroy them. We take your privacy seriously and have gone above and beyond the required laws regarding personal information. Our employees are trained and tested upon being hired regarding safe guarding private consumer electronic information. They are also bonded and are retested every six months. Required to sign a legal document agreeing that they have read, understand and will carry out our policies.
