Dealer Agreement Information and Instructions
AbsoluteAuto Solutions, LLC, (known as AAS) in compliance with State, Local and Federal law has assembled a brief, easy to read dealer contract to protect, you the dealer, the consumer and AAS. The agreement gives each party protection from fraud committed by any other involved party. Protects each party from claims, services, or promises implied or offered by another involved party. States that the lender or lenders are the sole property of AAS, and cannot be directly contacted by the dealer. Dealer retains the client, customer, company or organization which has been referred to AAS for funding purposes. The above explanation is for simplification only, please refer to the actual contract for the legal remedies implied and enforced.
CONTRACT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Download dealer application and contract.
- Fill out both completely and accurately.
- Contract must be signed and notarized by a corporate officer.
- Include a legible copy of the corporate signers drivers license.
- Dealer application must be filled out completely, this is for informational purposes to assist us in giving you the best service possible.
- Send copies of dealer licenses.
